How to add O&P To Specific Areas Of Xactimate

After teaching thousands of contractors over the past 10 years, I would say most contractors I encounter already know how to add overhead and profit to their estimates in Xactimate in what’s called the Parameters window of the program.

But, I find that many of them are surprised to learn that you can add O&P to a specific folder or even a specific line item, if you know where to go in the Estimate Items screen inside of Xactimate.
