Time Saver #5: Photo Folders 📸

We’ve got a game-changing tip for you! 💡 

💬 Rename your photos right in your local folder! 📁 By doing so, you’ll have better control over your collection and can even use numbers to organize the upload order in Xactimate.

1️⃣ Create a local folder on your computer 🖥️ 
2️⃣ Rename the photos within that folder 🔄 
3️⃣ Add any necessary descriptions directly to the photo name 📝 
4️⃣ Want a specific order? Add sequential numbers (e.g., “1”, “2”, “3”) before the name! 🔢

👉 Voilà! Now, when you import them into Xactimate, they’ll appear in the exact order you’ve numbered them! You’re in control! 💪😎
