Here’s my biggest pet peeve with contractors: a series of random photos – a shingle, a chimney, another shingle, and oops, there’s the grass where you dropped your phone. And now I’m supposed to write a $35,000 Roofing Estimate? Don’t put yourself through that. Document EVERYTHING. As soon as you arrive at the job site, snap a pic of the address to prove your location. Before you step onto the roof, secure your ladder and inspect the situation. What’s up there? Ice and water? Felt? Drip edge? Nailed gutter? I don’t know because you didn’t show me. We’re essentially flying blind here. Let’s make life easier and start capturing all the details right from the beginning! 📷🏡🔍
