💡 Did you know? Different insurance companies provide varying descriptions of damage in their estimates. For example, State Farm includes a building estimate summary guide, often found on page two, that factors in general contractor overhead and profit (O&P).
👷‍♂️ A tip for homeowners and policyholders: If you notice O&P mentioned in the summary but not added to your estimate, point it out to your adjuster! It’s not a guaranteed fix, but it can help ensure you get the coverage you deserve. #roofing #roofingcontractor #roofing #RoofingLife #roofinglife
