🔍 What I want to show you today is something some of you might not know – the price list! 📝👇
When I edited the PDF, it did something interesting, but here’s the price list right there. This tells me it has an August 2021 pricing. We’re in 2024 now, so this is a three-year-old price list!
To dive deeper, here’s what the price list includes:
State: Specific state information.
Area: This is for the DFW area.
Version: Different versions, often State Farm estimates use a “28” version, while we usually have access to an “8x” version.
They’ve done something with the price list, usually tweaking a few variables in the background which don’t really affect pricing. Keep an eye out for variable price lists! 🧐📊 #PriceList #roofing #roofingcontractor #roofing #RoofingLife #roofinglife
