Step one: Claim Info ๐Ÿ“ Start your insurance claim journey by gathering all the necessary information. Make sure you have every detail covered to ensure a smooth process.
Step two: Sketch it Out ๐Ÿ“ Take your time to sketch out all the estimate items and line items. Precision is key when it comes to getting the compensation you deserve.
Step three: Photos, Photos, Photos! ๐Ÿ“ท Remember, documentation is your best friend! Even if you never touch Xactimate again, always take photos and submit them to the insurance company. If it’s not documented, it didn’t happen. Don’t risk losing out on 50-75% of your claim just because you didn’t capture it on camera.

End of the job number

Unlocking your project’s full potential! ๐Ÿš€ The final draft, whether with or without the removal depreciation report, empowers you with essential details: quantity, unit price, tax, and OMP. As your trusted contractor, we steer clear of unnecessary depreciation in estimatesโ€”unless it’s a specialized case like a fence, typically a CV. No worries if depreciation is factored in; our adjuster will work magic at job completion. ๐ŸŽฉโœจ Your end-of-job number is our focus. Scroll down to the bottom, and voila! The total without LNP awaits. Ever wondered about your profits? ๐Ÿ’ฐ This is your total RCV amount, where CV (Replacement Cost Value) reigns supreme. That’s a wrap! Time to head home. Goodbye, estimating headaches! ๐Ÿ‘‹

Abbreviated report

๐Ÿ“ Unlock the Power of Xactimate! ๐Ÿ’ผ
If you’re not already on the Xactimate bandwagon or if you’ve just hopped on, listen up! ๐Ÿš€ It’s all about what you loadโ€”Exactly. ๐Ÿ”„ Loaded with defaults, yes, but steer clear of the “abbreviated report.” ๐Ÿšซ It’s just plain silly; trust me, don’t bother.
Why settle for less? ๐ŸŽ If you want to go toe-to-toe with the adjuster, you need Final Draft. ๐Ÿ’ผ With or without removal, slash through depreciation concerns. Final Draftโ€”slash, without removal, depreciation. Got it? ๐Ÿค“ Most insurance bigwigs swear by it, and so should you! Align your estimate with theirs, and watch the magic happen. ๐ŸŽฉโœจ
Picture this: your estimate mirrors theirs, and all you have to say is, “I just need these eight line items. Let’s roll.” ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Smooth sailing, my friend! ๐ŸŒŠ #Xactimate #InsuranceMagic #FinalDraftWins ๐Ÿ“Šโœจ
