Advanced Variables in Xactimate

You can use variables for the basic floor or wall coverings in a Sketch but advanced variables can pin point a certain amount of lineal feet or sq ft rather than using broad variables.

If you want to become faster at the estimate writing portion of Xactimate, then learning a few key advanced variables can go a long way in saving you a ton of time and helping you become more accurate.
