💸 Here’s how I got paid out with just one photo on a roof! 📸
Tip #4!!
It’s simple: Set up your ladder at the edge of the roof, lift that first course of shingles, and snap a picture. That one photo can reveal so much—like the type of ice and water shield, whether a starter strip is installed, and how the gutters are attached. Are they fastened through the drip edge? Will they need to be detached and reset, and if so, how’s the gutter material going to hold up?
These details can add up fast, especially on larger roofs. By documenting exactly what’s there (or isn’t!), you’re setting yourself up to maximize your payout. Don’t miss out—next time you’re scoping a roof, remember: one photo could make a big difference. 📷💰
